Ken

Ken grew up just a few streets away from John in Cocoa Beach and built a successful career in construction management. As an Engineering Project Manager for one of Florida’s largest builders, he coordinated full home builds and managed quality across all trades. Today, Ken is passionate about the future of ICF construction and its ability to protect and support families for generations to come.

Beth

Beth brings a strong background in business administration, logistics, and environmental nonprofit work to the team. With decades of leadership experience, she is passionate about making sustainable, energy-efficient homes more accessible. Her dedication to the environmental benefits of ICF construction drives her commitment to helping more families build green, resilient homes.
